New Listings!

I finally added some new items to my shop! I'll also be updating my website over the next two days and adding some new, professional pics too! Pardon my odd images, but I'll edit my listings a little later on in the next day or two with the more professional pictures.

Inspiration

I'm trying to find inspiration for more projects but if I use my daily life for inspiration, I think my creations would come out strange and LOUD!!

I think I need to focus more. I'm getting into a rut and I HATE that! I've been spending a lot of time with the kids the last few days, giving my hook and yarn a much needed break, but in spending time with the kids, I feel the urge to create things that are colorful. Bright pinks and blues and greens and purples. Girly girl stuff (for my daughter of course) and little boy things (for my little man). I'm thinking maybe a princess mirror? Or maybe some colorful blocks? Or maybe even a sweater or skirt? Even a dress of some kind. I think I might be coming out of my rut. Time to check out what materials I have in the closets and under the bed. I'm sure I can come up with something!

Teaser-Franken baby Beanie cap

this particular Beanie cap will be available in sizes Newborn -12 years. I'm still working on it but this particular one is almost finished. Its made of 100% cotton and features black, green and purple colors.

Halloween is now in FULL SWING!

My favorite! These are my Halloween Theme "Franken-Baby" themed shoes. Tri-colored, these shoes are made of 100% cotton and are super comfy. I think I need to make myself a pair! Sizes available are Newborn-12/18 months.

My Lil' Ladybug Hat. There are also matching Mary Janes Available for this hat. Sizes available for the hat are Newborn - 12 years.

I've added so many things to my Etsy shop and I'm hoping (and hopefully my internet connection will be back up and running at home) to add even more items to my shop within the coming days. I'm working on new Beanie Caps to match my newest Mary Jane Shoes and there are even a couple of other things that I'm hoping to unveil as well (new patterns to try!) which will given even more of a variety of items to my shop.

I added new things to my Etsy shop! I've added new Black and Cream Beanie Hats and I'm starting to add my new Halloween themed items. First up is the new Halloween themed Mary Janes!

A new week and new beginnings

This weekend was one for new things. I tried out a few new patterns and I've decided to add bags to my shop listings. This week I'll have new photographs and new items up in my Etsy shop, hopefully. I took some time to pack up some of my clutter (bottles, clothes, toys, etc) and donated it to various people in need. Unfortunately this leaves a gaping amount of space (what to do...what to do???)...What better way to fill it then by crafting up a storm!!! LOL

With back to school, fall and Halloween around the corner, this opens up an huge window of opportunity for Halloween themed hats, mary janes, bags and even a few crocheted costumes. I'm hoping to finally finish my sample tutus and get those up there. Halloween is a mere 10.5 weeks away and I don't know about everyone else, but I like to plan early. I'm hoping to roll out my very first giveaway before the end of August, but we'll see how it goes.
